Refunds

All sales are final. Pro gives you the files, the toolkit and the skills as soon as your license is set up, and they cannot be handed back, so we do not refund a purchase.

Before you buy, try the style for free: every spot illustration is free, with no account, so you can put one on your own site first.

When we always put it right

If you were charged twice, or your license never arrived, write to hello@illos.dev and we will fix it or return the extra payment.

This policy does not take away any right you have under the consumer law where you live.
